Removed wing skin #3 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

 

  Removed wing skin #4 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

 

 Removed wing skin #5 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

 Cut slots in right wing skins for strut bars. Dimpled inspection cover rings and covers. Installed nut plates on inspection rings.

 Drilled nut plates to fuel tank cover bay.

 Fitted inspection covers to holes in right wing.

 Cut inspection cover holes.

 Drilled fuel tank cover screw pattern.

 Drilled rear spar to skins.

 Installed fuel tank stiffeners on top skin.

 Fabricated and fitted small panel below fuel tank bay. Drilled fuel tank cover holes around bay. Still working on right wing.

 Fabricated and installed .032" root strip.

 Drilled bottom skin to right wing.

 Fitted and drilled bottom skin on right wing.

Trimmed and drilled #1 skin for right wing.

 Vacuum formed nose, fitted and drilled right wing skin #1

Formed, fitted and drilled in place #2 wing skin on the right wing.

 Formed, fitted and drilled in place #3 wing skin on the right wing.

 

Formed, fitted and drilled in place #4 wing skin on the right wing.

 Drilled and cleco-ed #5 skin in place.

 Marked rib locations on #5 skin, removed drilled rivet holes, and trimmed sheet to size.

 Vacuum formed #5 .020" wing skin aligned on wing.

 Painted aileron and flap supports.

 Set right wing frame in jig, leveled and shimmed into alignment.

 Put left wing in roof top storage.
