Assembled left flap and riveted.

 Drilled corner and center gussets in place.  Disassembled right flap. De burred holes pimpled and primed left flap.

 Drilled and cleco'ed tail ribs in place on left flap.

 Fitted flap nose skins and cleco'ed.

 Bent flap nose skins.

 Cut out rib attach angles for flap spars. Drilled,bent and prepped for paint. Cleco'ed them on the spar.

 Attached nose ribs to flap spars.

 Cut out spar lighting holes.

 Laid out rib,hinge, and lighting hole locations on flap spars.

 Blanked out and prepared flap spars then bent sides.

 Completed fabrication of aileron and flap hinge mounts.

Fabricated hinge mounts for the ailerons.
 

 

Fabricated aileron hinge mount fixture.

 

Riveted right wing aileron pocket skins and trimmed.

 Fabricated right wing aileron skins, cleco'ed in place.

 Installed flap stiffener for bottom skin on right wing.

 

 Installed flap area stiffener for top skin.

 Moved wing from jig to work bench.

Fabricated right wing fuel tank cover.
 

 

Riveted inspection cover rings. 

 Riveted nut plates around fuel tank opening on right wing.

 Riveted bottom sheet on right wing.

 Riveted bottom wing skin to front spar.

 De-burred, dimpled, and primed bottom wing skin.

 Riveted top wing skins on right wing.

 Riveted top of the front spar on right wing.

 Riveted left wing nose ribs.

 Prepared small .032" root wing skin by de burring the holes, dimpling and priming. Then clecoed the skin on the ribs.

 

De burred ribs in #1 skin area, dimpled holes, and installed skin.

 Prepared #1 wing skin on right wing by de burring holes, dimpling, and priming.

Removed right wing skin #2 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

  Removed wing skin #3 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

 

  Removed wing skin #4 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

 

 Removed wing skin #5 de-burred and dimpled holes, primed inside skin and reinstalled.

 Cut slots in right wing skins for strut bars. Dimpled inspection cover rings and covers. Installed nut plates on inspection rings.

 Drilled nut plates to fuel tank cover bay.

 Fitted inspection covers to holes in right wing.

 Cut inspection cover holes.

 Drilled fuel tank cover screw pattern.
