Drilled light weighting holes, de burred, and prepared for paint left main spar.

Assembled right main spar. Drilled cap strips, splice plate, and attachment plate to left wing spar.

De-burred finished sanded and painted right wing main spar.

Drilled center splice for right main spar, cut slot for strut attachment, cut light weighting holes in spare.

Drilled cap strips to right wing. Set center splice plates.

Drilled cap strips to right wing.

Lay out spar lightening holes and drilled hole centers. Cut 4 rib spacers and drilled.

Drilled both wings bottom cap strips and de burred.

Drilled for rivets, de-burred, and sanded left wing main spar top cap strips.

Drilled rivet holes in right top wing cap strips.

Marked both main spar rib, aileron, flap, and cap strip locations. Sanded right wing top cap strips.

Cut spar cap strips to length, cut corners and de-burred.
Cut spar web to length.
Marked out drill pattern for top cap strips.

Started removing engine from RX-8
