 Welded all seams and ports on second fuel tank.

Finished welding first fuel tank.

 Welded all seams on first fuel tank.

 Assembled and riveted both fuel tanks.

 Fabricated fuel tank caps.

 Drilled top skin on second tank. Drilled holes for fuel and level ports. Drilled all holes for 1/8".

 

 

 Fabricated bottom, baffles and ends for second tank. Cleco'ed tank ends and baffles in place.

Fabricated ports and fuel fill neck for both tanks

 

 

 Fitted tank top, drilled and cleco'ed in place. Fabricated two fuel outlets.

Drilled and cleco'ed end caps and baffles in place. 

 Formed two tank baffles and one end, cut out second tank skins.

 Cut out and bent wrap around bottom and sides skins. Formed one tank end. 

 Fabricated temples and form boards for fuel tanks.
