Imported horizontal stabilizer rib forms into Fusion 360. Generated G-code and tested.

  Layed out horizontal stabilizer plan on work table.

 Fabricated and painted flap hinge brackets.

 Fabricated and painted aileron hing brackets.

 Pressure tested both tanks, and repaired leaks.

 Finished welding second tank.

 

 Welded all seams and ports on second fuel tank.

Finished welding first fuel tank.

 Welded all seams on first fuel tank.

 Assembled and riveted both fuel tanks.

 Fabricated fuel tank caps.

 Drilled top skin on second tank. Drilled holes for fuel and level ports. Drilled all holes for 1/8".

 

 

 Fabricated bottom, baffles and ends for second tank. Cleco'ed tank ends and baffles in place.

 Fitted tank top, drilled and cleco'ed in place. Fabricated two fuel outlets.

Drilled and cleco'ed end caps and baffles in place. 

 Formed two tank baffles and one end, cut out second tank skins.

 Cut out and bent wrap around bottom and sides skins. Formed one tank end. 

 Fabricated temples and form boards for fuel tanks.

 Completed ailerons.

 

 Fabricated nose weight for right aileron. Riveted ribs to spar.

 Disassembled ailerons de burred and primed.

 Fitted nose skins to ailerons, drilled and cleco'ed in place.

Drilled and Cleco'ed ribs and angles to aileron spars. Cutout sheets for nose.

 Drilled lightening holes in aileron spars. Fabricated rib attach angles.

 Bent aileron spars and laid out ribs and lighting holes.

 Cutout blanks for the aileron spars. De-burred and prepared for primer.
